Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.  If for any reason whatsoever you are not totally satisfied with the merchandise sent by the seller, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price if all conditions of our return policy are met.  Clubs which have been customized at the customer's request are not eligible for a refund.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.  As a courtesy to our sellers, we request that you not play the equipment, simply inspect it.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.  You are required to pay the return shipping costs.  If you are located outside the contiguous US, the additional shipping charges you paid for shipping will not be refunded.  This amount will be sent to the seller.  Any custom or duty fees you paid are your responsibility and will not be refunded.  To receive a full refund, the purchaser MUST register/place the merchandise to be mailed back to the seller within 72 hours of the time it was received AND notify AGOODSHOT.com within this 72 hour period (note: the package must be placed with the shipping agent within this period with proof such as a receipt or tracking number, it does not have to be received by the seller within this 72 hour period).  If these conditions are met and the item(s) is/are returned without damage, a full refund will be issued to the purchaser.

The seller will pay no sales commission if these conditions are met, however, the seller's shipping costs will not be refunded (with the exception of the additional shipping charges incurred for shipment outside the contiguous US).  Time dated shipping receipts or tracking numbers must be presented in order to verify that the 72 hour inspection period was satisfied.  There are no other guarantees, refunds, or exchanges.  All sales are considered final after the 72 hour inspection period has expired.
